Existing web site for Air India Holidays served as a catalog of available holiday offerings from the airline. Users (business associates or end consumers) could only send a request to designated offices for availing a given package – making it a disconnected process. Additionally the booking process for the applicable airline was disconnected.

The migrated application not only makes the entire procurement process seamless (including the airline PNRs), it also takes care of back office operations and generates required intercepts for applicable stake holders.
